Cures and Miracle in Bayside 1

성 미카엘회 회장 송 바울라 정자 2019. 7. 28. 20:29

Letters of Miraculous phenomena
by Our Lady of the Roses, Mary Help of Mothers
electrical effect went throughout body

I attended the Vigil of Our Lady of the Roses. I had a very severe jaw out of place that needed immediate attention and surgery--which at the time I could not afford--or a kneecap that had to be replaced due to a previous injury. I prayed that evening very hard that I would be able to tolerate the pain, but not for an actual cure. To my surprise, Veronica had shown up that evening, and I was blessed from Heaven by being able to be blessed by the Cross that Our Lady had kissed and given to Veronica, and Veronica also told me, "I bless you with the shield of the Immaculate Conception." And at that time--that very moment--I felt an electrical or lightening effect that started from my head to my toes. I didn’t realize what happened, but I felt so happy and I was overwhelmed. I started to cry at that moment from sheer happiness.
From that time on, I have not had any pain in my right knee or in my jaw. I have not had to have surgery for five years, and the doctors were amazed that my jaw went back into place, from being out from where I could not even put a baby finger between my teeth.
It has been like a grace in abundance for us and our family--not only at that time, but after that. We’ve had many cures and conversions in our family. Even my own husband had left the Church for over ten years, and has returned. He is very devoted to Our Lady, and to Church, and to our Rosary. We’ve had many Baptisms. We’ve had marriages helped through Our Lady--jobs that were impossible to get for family members. Our Lady has just been so gracious with us, and the graces we received were many in abundance in our family. I would like to thank Our Lady of the Roses.

Dear Veronica,
Please publish this letter for your readers. It’s more proof of the powerful intercession of Our Lady of the Roses. My friend’s sister was facing major surgery to prevent her from having a stroke due to a damaged, corroded artery leading to her heart. I gave my friend a Rose Petal blessed by Jesus and Mary and also a medal of Our Lady of the Roses, to keep up her faith and comfort her. My friend and her sister are not Catholics, but Methodists; however, my friend believes in Our Lord and Our Lady’s power.
Recently, my friend called to inform me that the damage to her sister’s artery, the heart, was gone and in such a short time. I am writing this letter to acknowledge Our Lady’s powerful and miraculous deed in this serious situation.
With special thanks and prayers.

To Our Lady of the Roses:
My father-in-law was stricken with cancer of the colon; practically all of his colon was cancerous. He had surgery to remove the cancer. I had placed a rose petal of Our lady of the Roses Shrine on his hospital bracelet, and the surgery was successful--thanks to Our Lord and Our Lady.
Also, the tax people were going to take our home away from us. I prayed to Our Lady of the Roses, and we now have a chance to save our home.
In loving thanks to Jesus and Our Lady of the Roses.

To Our Lady of the Roses:
This letter is to acknowledge the miraculous cure experienced by me from Our Lady of the Roses. Through the summer months, I developed and suffered from a Planter’s wart on the ball of my left foot. It grew steadily worse and worse, until I could no longer walk without extreme pain and great difficulty.
A friend of mine had made visits to Our Lady of the Roses Shrine, and she gave me a medal of Our Lady of the Roses and told me to wear it on my foot and to pray to Our Lady of the Roses--to say the rosary--and that the wart would go away. I did as she told me to do. I started to wear the medal and pray to Our Lady. I felt less pain, and from that time on the wart started to disappear. Today, six weeks later, the wart is almost entirely gone. I have been pain-free for three weeks.
Let me explain what a Planter’s wart is--how it grows. It is attached to the surrounding tissues, making it impossible to be removed except by surgery. Also, I might add, that this type of wart is extremely painful, especially when it is attached to the foot.
I wish to express my gratitude to Our Lady of the Roses.

Dear Veronica,
In May this year, I went to the doctor for a sore throat. In his examination, he detected a growth in my thyroid, and he suggested that I see a specialist. I made a visit to Bayside, and put my petition to the Blessed Mother for a good come-out of my condition.
I saw the specialist, who confirmed the growth on my thyroid, and ordered a scan and tests to be made. This was done on the 9th of June. I was to call the specialist one week later, on the 16th of June, for the results. We made several attempts to reach the doctor, and for various reasons we weren’t able to get in touch with him. We finally were able to talk to him on the 18th of June, for the results. The results were good. Although there were more than one growth now, there was no malignancy found, and the condition would be controlled by medication--no operation.
With this good result of the test, and how it ironically dragged out to be given to us on the Anniversary date, June 18, of the Bayside Vigil, I believe it was through the intercession of Our Blessed Mother. I thank the Almighty Father, Jesus and Our Blessed Mother for this wonderful report.

Dear Veronica and Workers:
For a whole month, I suffered with a sore right eye, and it was the second time I had an infection in it. I didn’t have the money to go to the doctor. The other day, I went looking for my Rose Petal, which I had received from Our Lady of the Roses Shrine. I thought I lost it, but I didn’t.
For a month, matter was running from my eye. It was red, and inside, around the rim of the eye, was a small pus bag. I bathed it, but to no avail.
In the meantime, I lost my mother. She died from a fractured hip which had all kinds of complications. My mother was 81. I lost the best friend I ever had. At the wake, I made my Confession to a priest, when he was there. I had not been to Church for years. I wanted to go in memory of my mother; though all day at the wake, my eye kept getting worse and worse, two blood blisters developing right under the eyelid. I found my rose petal and applied it to the eye.
The next morning, I awoke. My eye was shut tight with blood and matter. I washed my eye. The blood blisters were gone, my eye has cleared, and I thank the Holy Mother of the Roses for doing this for me.
God bless you all.

Dear Veronica,
My heart told me that I should let you know of an experience I had through the blessed Rose Petal. When my grandmother, who is now 80 years of age, was in the hospital last year, after suffering from a bad fall and a broken hip, I went to visit her. She was very depressed and had lost a lot of weight, since she wasn’t eating everything she was told to eat. She told me the doctors didn’t think she would pull through and recover completely, due to her age.
Later, when she was at home, convalescing in a special hospital bed and a wheelchair, she was in much pain and still very much depressed. Well, I gave her a blessed Rose Petal from Our Lady of the Roses Shrine. She took it and told me she believed in it, and that she always prays the rosary each day.
Weeks after, I went again to visit her and found such a remarkable change in her. She had a cheerful disposition and outlook, and told me she had no more pain and she was walking. She was up and about doing dishes, and telling me that each day she never failed to pray the rosary and touch the Rose Petal to her hip. She believes it was God who cured her completely. She has gained weight and has the outlook of a 50-year-old or younger. She had arthritis and cataracts, but even that all seems to have to have disappeared miraculously.
Just thought I should share this experience with you, Veronica. I hope you are well and able to do all that Our Lady asks of you.

Dear Veronica,
I’ve had a severe back problem for four years. I’ve gone from doctor to doctor, each giving a different diagnosis, but no relief. I sent a petition to be put at Our Lady of the Roses Shrine in August. Meanwhile, a friend--a nose, throat, and ear specialist--he suggested that I might have kidney stones. I went for X-rays. I learned that‘s what I had been suffering from. I received my petition back from Bayside the day before I entered the hospital.
The operation was successful--thanks to Jesus and Mary--for they have truly answered my prayers. God and Our Lady’s dearest blessings upon you, dear Veronica, and all your workers.

Dear Mr. Wohlscheid: February 4, l995
Besides the printed form I received before, I also received this week your letter with an appeal to help you to inform the Bishops of what’s going on.
With the present-day Arianism I do not think you will accomplish much, but the worse thing in life is "not to try".
I am a retired Dentist for the past 12 years. I had to retire early in life because of my poor health (heart, hip replacement, etc.) I love your work and even if I cannot be of too much help, I am enclosing my best and humble contribution to your most worthy cause.
I called yesterday 1-800-444-MARY and a young lady promised to send me five pamphlets where is shown the "former" (?) USSR and UN military equipment being spotted across the nation. I lent mine and I lost it. I am going to write to my congresspersons (they are both very concerned) to prove to them the urgent need to do something about it. Also I will be writing to Bob Dole through a close friend of mine which is the President of the Republican Party in Florida, and a member of the National Board.
I pray everyday in our daily Rosary for World peace and the Liberation of Cuba. I also include in my prayers the consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Our Blessed Mother, Mary. We have to do something about it. Cuba started the way our country is now. I hope is not too late to intensify our prayers and ... to Praise the Lord.

To Our Lady of the Roses:
To whom it may concern. I’ve just seen a program on TV about Armageddon called "God’s Countdown to Armageddon." Before the show, they said how this program may be the most enlightening experience of your life; and it was very enlightening.
I am a Catholic, although I haven’t been to Church in years. But after this show, I called the local parish priest, and I am returning to Church; and my husband and I are going to go for instruction classes, so we may learn more about our Catholic Tradition; and we intend to have our marriage blessed in the Church.
I would like to thank those who put on this wonderful show.

To Our Lady of the Roses:
Dear appreciated friend--Our Lord and Our Blessed Virgin keep us well always. I have great joy in saying that with the help of the Blessed Virgin, and people like yourself, the rosary is being said by more and more patrons of this parish. The roses and the rosaries that you sent are a great inspiration to the people of the parish, because a greater love for the rosary is felt among them.
Once again, I must ask for your help. I run ten parishes out here, and in each one, word is being preached to get more people to practice the rosary. We all know that, through it, will be found the road to Christ. God will it, that through you, the world will become aware of the greatest need to love Our Blessed Mother. God and the Blessed Mother of God guide, and protect, and bless you all.

Since I have been going to the Vigils--I have to tell you--my prayers have all been answered, thanks to Our Lady of the Roses. My son got into trouble with the law and was in jail for some time. My wife suffered a mental breakdown and was in the hospital for 11 weeks; she lost her voice, also. I was laid off from work for quite a while, and I sat home and cried and prayed to Our Lady of the Roses.
Then things worked out--they eventually did. My son got out of jail, and he is now on parole and has a job. My wife is finally better and is at home. I finally got back to work. I have two jobs now, and I haven’t been able to get to the Vigils lately, but I am eternally grateful to the people who prayed for me to Our Blessed Mother of the Roses who answers my prayers.

Dear Veronica,
I am a believer in the Bayside Shrine. I try to do my part--especially--to spread the messages from heaven.
One day, at work, a friend of mine came to my area to talk to me. Through my conversations with him, I mentioned about Bayside. He had never heard of the Shrine, and he was interested in hearing more. I gave him a Rose Petal and told him about the miraculous pictures, etc. He left.
The next day, he came to my area again to tell me that he also mentioned Bayside to his friend, Tommy, and he too wants to hear more. I met his friend Tommy, and I explained many things. He told me he had been away from Church for 11 years. I gave him a Rose Petal and showed him some of the miraculous photos.
After many weeks, I heard from him. He said he had his Confession heard and went back to church. In turn, he talked about the miraculous pictures to his friend, Jim. He gave him a Rose Petal, and after one week, he too went back to church. He had been away from church eight years.
Oh, I thank you, Veronica, for helping Our Lady and Our Lord and Savior to save souls. May God multiply His blessings upon you and your family.

Dear Veronica,
About ten weeks ago, my niece’s husband fell from a ladder 30 feet, while working on a house. He landed on concrete. He sustained a badly fractured skull, a broken collar-bone, broken ribs, punctured lungs, his chest was in a bad way, bleeding and fluid discharge--just a mess. His left hand seemed to be paralyzed--there seemed little hope for a recovery.
I gave his father, my brother, Our Lady of the Roses Petal to put on him. The day they received the Petal, he put it on him, and they said he showed a dramatic improvement. However, that night he suffered a setback. He pulled out all the tubes which were attached to him, and he then regressed. He developed pneumonia, and he also had an infection in his lungs. Fortunately, he was taken care of by three Catholic nurses, who faithfully taped the Rose Petal on him.
He gradually improved. First, the severe skull fracture healed--no brain damage, the pneumonia healed, and his hand was operated on and healed very well. The doctors called him "the miracle case." I attribute this all to Our Lady of the Roses and thank Her from the bottom of my heart.

To Our Lady of the Roses:
I happened to get a copy of "Roses." It certainly is edifying and illuminating. I have a group of priests with me who are members of the Institute of the Sacred Heart. We all wish you good luck wishes and prayers for your apostolate. With prayerful regards.

Dear Veronica and Workers,
I am writing in regards to something we all--my family--consider to be a miracle. We have been following Bayside for about eight years. It has made a big difference in our lives.
Anyhow, My brother and his wife had a baby boy--the child now is three years old. Everything seemed fine, until we discovered he had a very serious heart problem. The doctors took the necessary tests and did not expect him to live one year. His condition was that bad to say the least. We were all upset.
I decided to tell my brother and his wife about Bayside. I sent them a Rose Petal. I also sent a petition to Bayside. They told me they would keep the Petal next to his bed. Since that time, the doctors reports were always a little more encouraging, and on his last visit, the EKG pronounced him as having a normal heart. We are all so thankful and consider this cure to be from Our Lord and Our Lady of the Roses.
I only wish more people would realize the serious times we are living in, and amend their lives. I try to tell as many people as I can about Bayside. Some understand, some don’t. All we can do is to continue to pray for them. And Veronica, please thank Jesus and Our Lady of the Roses for helping us in our time of need.

Dear Veronica,
I was a Southern Baptist, and not practicing, and in the military, when God brought Bayside my way. My husband, whom I met while in the US Coast Guard, told me about Bayside. This was before we were married. He showed me a book his mother gave him, and I bugged him, wanting to know more about it. And I believed it right off.
The great sorrow in my heart for the awful sins I had committed--I did drugs, I drank a lot--I was, I guess you would call wild or lived a worldly life. I also had gotten pregnant and had an abortion. At the time, I wasn’t sure if it were taking a life, but something in me wanted to protect the baby. But I had a lot of pressure on me, and I got the abortion. I was very emotionally disturbed afterwards. When I read the books about all the aborted babies in the garbage cans, it really tore me to pieces. I cried and cried a lot.
I and My husband--still dating--sent a petition to Bayside and came to the grounds to the Vigil in September. I cried a lot. Two breezes hit us and we smelled some very pretty perfume; it was really strong. After we left the grounds, it was still on my mantilla. I still don’t know what it was.
My husband and I were engaged at that time, and I had asked in my petition if I was to marry him or not. My husband, who was raised Catholic, and myself--we got married two months later. I converted one year later to the Roman Catholic religion. I thank God for letting me know and believe these truths. I have since received many outward graces.

Dear Veronica,
I
send my most grateful thanks to Our Heavenly Mother Mary, and to you as well, that my prayers and requests were heard and answered. I just am extremely happy that you favored me with more Messages. My pious thanks to you. May the bishop acknowledge these apparitions and start the Basilica. This may prove a great turning point to the Church in America and to the bishops and the priests there, and, consequently, also to the whole Catholic Church in the whole world. May your holy Shrine of Our Lady of the Roses prove a great and attractive haven in our modern time. Let us pray, pray, pray. Bless you all.

To Our Lady’s Workers:
Dear friends,
This is a brief note to express my gratitude to you for the complimentary copy of the publication "Roses from Heaven." I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on all the work that you do for Our Lady. With renewed gratitude.
An Auxiliary Bishop from Sacramento, California

To Our Lady of the Roses:
I am, as well as all members of my family--for many generations--Catholic. But it seems, for the past 23 or 24 years, there are two groups of Catholics. The first is the traditional group who are inspired by the true word of Jesus; believe, honor, and love Jesus; and will not alter any written law of the Bible, the Book of Life.
Second, the moderate group. They want to please man, so they make everything nice, easy, and comfortable for the people. No need for sacrifice of any kind. No need to honor Jesus in His House by kneeling at the altar. No need to go to Confession--just receive Holy Communion in the hand, and your sins are forgiven. No need for the Rosary, statues and candles, appropriate dress, etc. They see Jesus as their equal. We are nothing in His presence--even less when we follow the moderate group. Thanks to the moderate bishops, who have caused nothing but chaos and confusion, leaving the true Catholics to seek spiritual guidance elsewhere. I am speaking from experience when I say seeking spiritual guidance elsewhere.
For ten years, I was searching until Bayside. On my first visit to Our Lady of the Roses, Mary Help of Mothers Shrine, I was very troubled, very confused and mixed up, weary with very personal problems. I knew I was lacking the faith I so badly needed. I was hungry for Jesus and Mary, and, because of this hunger and the desire to be fed the truth, I was--oh, how I was. Thank you, my Jesus and my Blessed Mother.
I have been to many Vigils since then, have taken many miraculous pictures, have seen very bright, white, luminous doves fly slowly in a V-formation at 9:30 in the evening at the Shrine. I was able to look directly at the dancing sun without harming my eyes. I had a Bible at home for many years--now I was opening it. My eyes were open to all the confusion and understanding it. I searched for a traditional Catholic church and found one not too far from where I lived. Most importantly, I went to Confession after 30 years. I cannot express my feelings, after receiving Holy Communion that Sunday after 30 years. It was like a cleansing of spirit.
Prior to my visits to the Shrine, I had always been close to Our Blessed Mother. Since my visits, I am closer to and know Jesus more than I ever did in my life, and even closer to Our Blessed Mother. I am so thankful for this change, this understanding. I find that I am not afraid to face--come what may--because Jesus is my confidence.
I continue going to the Shrine as often as I can. I love it so dearly, offering decade after decade of Hail Mary’s, Our Fathers, and Glory Be’s for sinners and the salvation of poor souls. No man on earth--materialistic people who prefer power to God, people of the world--can brainwash me into believing what they think is right. This is communism’s way.
I have told you what is true about my experiences and my feelings. I want others to know that Bayside will truly help those who are sincere and love Jesus and Mary, and those who are desperately seeking and need to be enlightened, and even those who have no faith to be converted. All it takes is an open and sincere heart, and then to continually pray the Rosary--to save souls as Our Blessed Mother urgently pleaded with us to do so, for so many years. Thank you.

Dear Veronica,
I’m writing to you at this time in order to acknowledge, in writing, the favor Our Lady of the Roses has granted me. My doctor informed me of a lump in my right breast. He said, "First, we will try some pills." After one week, I went back and the lump was still there. So I asked Our Lady of the Roses to help me, and I placed a blessed Rose Petal on my breast day and night. When I went back again to the doctor, the lump was smaller. The doctor had me come back again. This time, today, the lump was gone. Our Lady was with me all the time. I have such faith in Her. I am cured and so grateful. I thank Our Lady of the Roses.

Dear Veronica,
I wrote to ask for prayers for my 27-year-old cousin, who was stricken with leukemia. At that time, I gave the mother one of the Rose Petals and literature from Our Lady of the Roses Shrine, and I asked her to pray for her son, and I also prayed. After a long one in the hospital with chemotherapy and radiation, my cousin came home. He was feeling healthy, well, and looking better than he ever looked in years. His leukemia was cured through Our Lady of the Roses. I write to acknowledge this to thank Her and Jesus for granting our request.

Dear Veronica and Our Lady’s Workers,
Thank you for sending me the Rose Petal and the messages from Our Lady and Our Lord. They have both answered my prayers and granted a miracle. My husband was disabled for a few years now, suffering back pains from an injury he got when a car fell on him, while he was working under the car. A few years later, he became very ill with TB on the lungs, and ever since, he has been suffering.
In February, I received your first letter with the Rose Petal and the messages from Our Lady and Our Lord. I read them and I started praying to them for a cure for my husband’s illness. I kept the Rose Petal with me until March, then I received your second letter and another Rose Petal of Our Lady of the Roses. I gave this Rose Petal to my husband, and a short while later, my husband said to me, "I have just felt a relief inside of me, like if something was tight and it was loosened. Look," he said, "I can inhale and exhale now."
Ever since that day, my husband can breathe better, and his back pain went away. My husband and I both give thanks to God and Our Lady of the Roses for this miracle that was granted to my husband. Thanks to you, Veronica, for doing Our Lady’s work. God bless you. I hope that everyone that receives your letters, with the messages from Our Lady and Our Lord, has faith in them as I do.

Dear Veronica,
I am writing to tell you about a wonderful miracle that we obtained through Our Lady of the Roses, Mary Help of Mothers. Our grandchild, about four months ago, she was diagnosed with a dermoid cyst, which was more serious than the usual type of cyst, and was growing into her eyes. She would have to have an operation, which meant cutting her scalp from ear to ear, and folding it down over her face, to get at the eyes.
As soon as our son and his wife told us about it, I gave him the blessed Rose Petal from Our Lady of the Roses at Bayside, and sent her name down to the Shrine, to be put on Our Lady’s altar. The operation was scheduled for January 4. All her little cousins were praying for her.
On Wednesday morning, when the doctor came to take her into the operating room, her mother said, "I think it advisable to feel around her temple. We think the swelling has gone down." The doctor felt for the swelling, and looked perplexed. He said," I’ve never heard of a dermoid cyst to resolve itself (a medical turn.)" Then, he called in three other doctors in the same field. They all examined her and said they could feel nothing but bone, and gave her back to her parents to take her home. Needless to say, we were all cheerful when we heard the news, and so thankful to Our Blessed Mother. She truly is Mary, Help of Mothers. God bless you all.

To Our Lady of the Roses:
I would be very grateful if you would send me more Rose Petals. I would also like to ask about any material you thought would be helpful reading for me. I am a new convert. After reading Our Lady of the Roses newsletter, I became fearful of my lack of knowledge of the many areas of Catholicism. I feel a great need to start by learning anew.
I have a friend in my place of work who gave me two Rose Petals blessed by Our Lady of the Roses. I put one of them in my husbands wallet--or actually he did. Before we started carrying the Petals, we constantly yelled at each other, and we were always talking about divorce, and we were verbally abusing each other.
After only three days, I recall, we’ve begun to speak to each other in a much kinder manner. To this very day, we have been blessed with a new respect for each other. I know in my heart, this is a wonderful miracle. I truly believe this is from our dear Lady of the Roses Shrine in the salvation of our lives and marriage.

Dear Servants of Jesus,
We have received at the college the directives which you have forwarded to us. I am personally aware of Bayside, since I have had the occasion--I was there. At the time, I was in a Catholic Church in Newark, New Jersey. A family parishioner of ours went there, and they took me along.
My impression was positive, because the people were praying, and where they were praying, it was very warm, although the weather was damp and cold. Since I wore a collar, all kinds of people came to me, and shared their miraculous healings with me. Moreover, I blessed many, many religious articles, and I was very excited and pleased to do it, because there was peace in the atmosphere.
What truly bothered me was the attitude of the clergy and the bishop of Brooklyn. It could have been so pleasing to God to hear all these testimonies and have them recorded and documented. I recall a lady from Boston, sharing with me as to how her pacemaker quit because of body rejection. She went to the best medical doctors, and no doctor could help her, but she came to Bayside and she was healed.
We need to pray for our leaders, those who are self-righteous and believe that God speaks only to them. God bless you.

Dear Veronica,
For many years, I suffered much from weak eyes. I tried everything--new glasses, different doctors--nothing helped. One day Gary sent me two Rose Petals. I began to apply the Rose Petals to my sore and painful eyes, and I prayed to Our Lady of the Roses. My cure was not sudden but gradual. Now I can read everything with no discomfort. I receive much mail, and I really need my eyes to read all the mail. I want the world to know that Our Blessed Mother and Her Rose Petal are very powerful.

Dear Veronica,
I should like to give testimony to a great miracle Our Lady procured on a man from my work. I was about to begin my days work early on this morning, and a shop supervisor told me about a great tragedy which occurred the previous evening. Joe, an employee, was playing soccer with his team and was struck with lightening. He was rushed to the hospital, where he remained in critical condition.
I suddenly felt a force urging me to give the Rose Petal, which I always kept with me, to my boss who was vice-president. I took one and gave it to my boss, and asked if he would please see to it that Joe would get it, as I knew it would help. It was two days before my boss could see Joe, and in the meantime, his condition had not improved. He had not moved at all, except for his toes, he appeared in a daze, he could not recognize familiar faces, his memory was gone, his spirit very low, and he had damage to his ear--burns on his face and legs.
Well, a few days passed, when finally my boss came over to me with a big smile on his face and said, "I don’t know what was in that Rose Petal you gave me for Joe, but within the very same--one hour--I spent with him, upon giving him the Petal, his spirits were lifted, he recognized the people around him, his memory began returning, and gradually, he was able to move."
Within one week, he was released from the hospital and walked with a cane. After one more week, he had no longer needed the cane. He had successful surgery on the damaged inner ear, and he has returned to work for the past two weeks, and is looking fine and feeling wonderful. There was no permanent damage from the lightening which struck him. This was indeed a great miracle Our Lady performed through Her blessed Rose Petal.

Wishing God’s love and blessings upon all of your fellow workers, and continued prayers for the salvation of souls. We shall here continue to offer Holy Mass for all of you--your intentions. My humble blessings to you and Mrs. Veronica.

Dear Veronica,
It has been almost six years now since I’ve been making the Vigils at Bayside. I have truly been graced in so many ways since going to the Vigils. I go once a month--at least--from here. I could say also I have been cured from frequent head-chest colds, also sore throats, and I’ve had tuberculosis almost all my life. I’ve had one cold after another, and they almost turned into pneumonia. It has been two years now since I’ve had any of these problems; and this summer, I was able to walk in the rain, which I could never do before, with having tuberculosis, as my resistance was low. I want to thank Our Lady and Jesus for this wonderful cure. I thank them with all my heart for this cure and all other graces which they have given me. I thank them. I know I am most unworthy.

Dear Ann Ferguson,
I along with my mother attended the June Vigil. We first heard of Our Lady’s visits to Bayside about three years ago by listening to These Last Days radio program. I was very skeptical, at first, to the authenticity of the apparition, but continued to listen to the program each week. Gradually, the messages began to make more and more sense to me, as I became more aware of the corruption so obvious in the world, but which was not so obvious to me in the Church.
Since first coming to Our Lady of the Roses Shrine, this astounding apparition has done wonders for us. It has made us much more aware of the beauty of the Catholic faith and the importance of living a traditional Catholic--daily going to Mass and Communion as often as possible, and to Confession monthly, and living the requests of Our Lady to the best of our ability.
Our Blessed Mother has blessed both my mother and myself in the most marvelous way. Approximately two weeks after attending the June 18 Vigil, I noticed the chain on my rosary beads changed color. The following week, the links changed completely to gold color. The very same thing happened to my mother’s rosary. As if that wasn’t enough, the plastic backing on my scapular changed from white to blue. While attending the Vigil, I was also graced by Our Lady of taking a miraculous picture.
We did not deserve any of this and never expected anything like this. Needless to say, it will make me work more harder to spread the messages of Our Lady.

Dear Ann,
Back in March, I wrote a letter to you, asking Veronica to pray for my husband Marion, that he might be healed of cancer. We had just been told that he had cancer of the prostrate very, very widespread. The doctor did surgery, and said that chemotherapy would be available, and told me that we should get our business in order right away--that this was very, very serious.
But in April, all of his blood tests began to improve, and has continued to do so until now they are within normal range. My husband is being seen regularly by our doctor plus two urologists, who did the surgery, plus an oncologist. These doctors are saying things like, "drastic improvement, very dramatic recovery, amazing, etc."
My husband feels really good, better than he has for several years, and we know he has been healed, and we wish to let you know about this, so that thanks and praise may be given to God and Our Blessed Mother. I wrote to Pope John Paul II and also to Cardinal Ratzinger, telling that we believe my husband has been healed through the blessing of Jesus and Mary at Bayside. Thank you so much for your prayers, Ann Please thank Veronica and everyone who prayed for my husband.

To Our Lady of the Roses:
This is to testify to you a miracle from a sick friend to whom I gave the Rose Petal of Our Lady of the Roses. He has recovered by a miracle from Our Lady. This sick friend was supposed to undergo a heart operation, but could not afford the expenses, so we prayed to Our Lady of the Roses to help him get well. He placed the Rose Petal over his heart for days. Upon examination by the doctor, his medicines were reduced, and he was told he does not need to be operated on. He believed and has so much faith, that Our Lady of the Roses blessed him and helped him recover. I am so happy for this man.

To Our Lady of the Roses:
At the June Anniversary Vigil, at the site of the Vatican Pavilion, at 7:30 p.m., I saw the sun spinning with sparks coming out of the side. The color of the sun was the same as usual. This went on for five minutes. Then the sun stopped spinning, and a red and white ring formed around the sun, and the rest of the sun turned blue--the same color as the sky. It was as though I was looking through the sun.
Also, at that moment, others were looking at the sun. They stated that they saw a crucifix in the sun, plus others stated that they saw Our Blessed Mother in the sun. I personally did not see the crucifix, nor Our Blessed Mother, because I was looking at some photographs that were being taken. The next thing that I saw was the sun turning into the Sacred Heart. It was dripping and pulsating loudly, and the color was still the normal color of the sun. There must have been about at least fifty people viewing the above. It is also interesting to note how I was blessed in being able to see the above.
Every time I read something about the messages from Bayside, I would tell my wife how exciting these apparitions of Veronica Lueken are. I read all the messages from 1970 to 1984. My children heard me talk a great deal about this. They said they were going to go there or bust. The main reason was they were going to see how crazy I was becoming and what doctor they were going to send me to. At this time, they were ready to go to Bayside or Church. I was merely using reverse psychology on these children that were checking to see if I should be committed to a mental hospital.
Well, two of my three sons went to Bayside on the Anniversary date in their auto and followed my wife, and myself, and my brother-in-law. They walked around the sacred grounds like Sherlock Holmes, and that is when they saw all the above. Oh, they were so excited. They were so excited and called me to see what they saw. Now they are firm believers in Bayside, thanks to God.

To Our Lady of the Roses:
This is a testimony of how prayers are answered through Our Lady of the Roses. My grandson’s skullcap was not formed correctly, and the doctors advised that he should wear a skullcap or have a major surgery. I asked a dear friend of mine to pray for him, and she wrote to Our Lady of the Roses Shrine, Mary Help of Mothers and repeated many rosaries, and she gave me the Rose Petal from Our Lady of the Roses Shrine, and I rubbed my grandson’s head with the Rose Petal. She also gave me Our Lady of the Roses medal which I pinned to his crib sheet. The baby’s head is now totally formed, and he did not require a cap or surgery. The doctors are amazed. Please share this miracle with your readers everywhere.

Dear Veronica,
I have been confused and searching for a long time for something I felt was missing in my life. In the past few weekends, I turned to a channel on our local cable and saw the story of Our Lady of the Roses, Mary Help of Mothers. I cannot begin to tell you the feelings I experienced. I was raised Catholic but had not practiced for many years. I am now trying to put my spiritual life back in its course. I started to say the Rosary since that day, which seems to have brought me the beginning of some inner peace.
I would appreciate it if you could send me a Rose Petal and literature about the Shrine. God bless you for helping people like me who have just started, and--with Our Lady’s help--I will finally be able to put myself in a state of grace and complete inner peace.

Dear Veronica,
My ten-year-old grandson and I were present at the Shrine grounds Pavilion in Bayside, on June 18 this year. I began to have a great deal of trouble with my right foot. At that time, the problem was seminoids, and later I was plagued with a series of tumors. I have had surgery a number of times to remove them, and each time the foot was left more and more impaired. I had very extensive surgery which involved seven different operations and removal of portions of the bone. Enclosed is a copy of the surgical report.
After that, my walking never returned to normal. The surgeons were discussing amputation, but miraculously, a new blood channel was forged to get circulation to the toes, and amputation was prevented. Since then, walking and standing has been very painful, and I have avoided each as much as possible.
However, on June 18, although I did not petition a cure for myself, my grandson did. On June 19 at the airport, I noticed I was limping, and when I arrived at Houston, I was able to carry my luggage with no strain on the foot. By Friday, June 20, I was feeling no pain and the foot was stronger. On Saturday, June 21, for the first time in years, I danced at my nephew’s wedding.
The foot is still disfigured and ugly but it is serviceable and the pain is gone. Also, the foot is getting stronger each day. For this I wholeheartedly thank Jesus and Our Blessed Mother. If this is worthy of a testimonial of love and care of Jesus and Mary, please use it. I am giving credit to them and to the people who have known me all through this affliction. It is a proof of the power of prayer and the authenticity of the apparitions at Bayside.

Dear Veronica,
My husband has been suffering from poor circulation in his legs for a long period of time. In recent months, he injured his leg and it became infected. His doctor referred him to a surgeon. He put him on antibiotics and treatments, but the leg just would not heal.
In the meantime, I had sent away for a blessed Rose Petal from Our Lady of the Roses Shrine. I had my husband put the Petal on top of the dressing, the doctor had ordered him to do everyday. The doctor was amazed that suddenly his leg was healing. He told my husband that a wound of that nature would take much longer to heal than the three months that it had.
One day in the office visit, the Rose Petal fell from the bandage my husband was wearing. The doctor asked him what it was, and he explained that it was a blessed Rose Petal from Our Lady of the Roses Shrine. The doctor was amazed, and he also agreed that my husband had received a miraculous healing. In fact, the doctor said that if the large wound had not healed sooner, he was contemplating surgery to remove the leg. He also agreed that there was more than medical attention for this healing. Of course, we all agree that this healing was related to Our Lady of the Roses--the Rose Petal from Bayside.
